Pull up a seat and sit a spell...it's Friday!
It's been a long, crazy week here! I started it off exhausted, with an Oscar watching hangover, and then tried to play catch up on the "to do" list all week. Beyond thrilled to take a breather and catch up with some friends, my Netflix queue and all those nominated movies I never saw (wonder if I can squeeze them all in before Monday?) What's in line for your weekend plans?
Enjoy!
xoxo,
What a lovely chair for a boudoir...tres chic!! I'll be taking time off blogging this weekend...funny how not doing something can top one's to-do list!! Have a great weekend, Susan!! xx meenal
ReplyDeleteI STILL want that chair for my office!! I wonder if it is still available?
ReplyDeletePlans are to sit on that Chanel chair!
ReplyDeleteI don't know if that chair would be worthy of my tush?!?!? I mean, it is Channel ;) I am looking forward to a bit of thrifting with my mom this weekend :) Happy Friday to you!
ReplyDeleteLove the chair - my week sounds like it was exactly like yours and same weekend plans as well!! We should have a movie watching party!!
ReplyDeleteSounds like you need to sit a spell! :) The hubbie is in Vail so the boys and I are headed into the city to FAO, maybe the Met and lunch at the Four Seasons. Just a typical outing! :) Do you think I could drag them over to BG or Barneys? We'll go check out the window installments as an "art lesson"!

Hi Sue - Thanks for stopping by A Curated Lifestyle and leaving a comment. Can't wait to see what transpires in your "homework" room.
ReplyDeleteSounds like the perfect relaxing weekend. Mr. H is off skiing with the boys, so I'll be cooking up dinner for the girls.
ReplyDeleteLove the chair -- I wonder, how hard would it be to do that with needlepoint?!
Enjoy a restful weekend!

I love that plan (and while I love the chair, I would probably end up perching on it quite ladylike and never get comfortable)! The weekend comprised of throwing a party on Saturday and relaxing (and catching up on chores) on Sunday. With chocolate chip pancakes on both days, of course.
ReplyDeletei love your blog so much.))*

Yes! My bum would be so happy in that little Chanel throne!
ReplyDeleteWell, I think I could use 8 of those chairs in my dining room. Everyone I know would think they are perfect! Sue, this feature is just SO cute!

Tell me about it! Between the Oscar hangover and my husband being out of town all week....I am READY for the weekend. Not much on here....swimming lessons and meeting with two architects about remodeling our home and I am going to attempt to make souffles for dinner tomorrow night...and watch the movies we missed as well. Have a great weekend.

I had a crazy week too. I am enjoying a friday night respite with mr. SM, tacos and The Tailor of Panama (LOVE Pierce Bronson). Saturday night, girlfriends bday {I'm bringing pavlova}. Decorating for La Fete Blanc on Sunday -- hoping it won't rain tomorrow so I can finish painting all of those darn branches white!! Have a good weekend, ebh
ReplyDeleteWe just made it to Alabama for the weekend. That CC on the chair looks like the rear print I have left in the front passenger side of my car from being in it so long! A sporting event for our son. What we'll do for our children!!
