As much I adore Boogie Shoes,
the truth is, most days you will find me
running around in flats!
Not wanting to sport a big designer emblem,
yet still looking to don stylish skips,
Lanvin has often caught my eye with THIS:
Lanvin metallic flats
$540.00 @ Barneys New York
The good news in shoes, is that for roughly $390.00 less,
Tory Burch has now come out with THAT instead!
Eddie Metallic Ballet Flat
$150.00 @ ToryBurch.com
{now THAT is something I can really boogie down with!}

They look so comfy! Plus, I love metallic leather shoes :) Such a pity I am on a shopping ban at the moment. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteps thanks for visiting my blog!
I love flats, they are so cute & comfy. :)
ReplyDeleteI too, love ballerina flats. I'm surprised Tory Burch's don't have her signature emblem on them. I'm not one to wear designer emblems on any of my clothing/handbags/shoes, but her insignia I never really minded. Fun post, as I love shoes!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, flats, flats, flats... can hardly wait to wearing them again. Love them in all colors! Have a fantastic sunny new week! xo
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, I am glad Tory didn't feel the need to slap her giant gold emblem on these shoes...maybe now I'll get a pair!
ReplyDeleteSissy/Lisa: There is a small TB emblem on the back, its discreet and very cute!
ReplyDeleteAlways ballet flats! I have a couple with this 'stretchy' siding-they are so comfortable.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the small emblem to the big brass one-for these more casual flats. Seriously-I would hurt myself in some of the heels that I love.
ooh super cute! And comfy-looking!
ReplyDeletetoo cute! I gotta try flats!
ReplyDeleteI live in flats! Thank goodness Tory didn't put her T medallion on these!!
ReplyDeleteLove flats, they're so comfortable to walk in :)
ReplyDeleteGood ole Tory :) She knows how to win us over!
ReplyDeleteThose flats are so cute. I just love flats!
ReplyDeleteNow that I can get behind! I just could never do the big gold buckley-thing on front. Not that it's not attractive - just not me. Maybe if I had a tiny little foot I'd feel differently :) Marija
ReplyDeleteThank god for Tory : ) Love these. I'm such a flats girl too, comfort always wins! xo katie
ReplyDeleteI love ballet flats! Those Tory Burch ones are gorge--and her's are so comfy, too.
ReplyDeleteLove love love the ballet flats! They are definitely a wardrobe staple for me. Great finds - I think I need to go check out those TB flats!
ReplyDeleteNICE! I am always on the look out for flats. I've been tinkering with the idea of giving in and getting Tori's most famous flats, but I too hate labels flashing around on my feet or purse. This is a nice option.
ReplyDeleteps- just got Cole Haan's Air Bacara Ballet flat with Nike Air technology. they are so comfy!!
Thanks for posting.. I am always looking out for nice flats.... at a great price.....

I j'adore ballet flats, but only for short trips and looking cute. My feet can't take much more, which is a shame, since I would wear them everywhere if I could!
ReplyDeleteOh how I love flats like these! Being 5'9, I have way too many. But I often wonder if they're as comfortable as they look. Sometimes that elastic in the back is a killer! But girl, these shoes are gorgeous! I'd love to give them a try.
ReplyDeletethey look so comfy! i would love to try both and see the difference(???) spring is always my favorite time in fashion and gardening...love your fashion ideas, need it! maryann
ReplyDeleteLove these shoes...they look so comfy! I would wear them every day with EVERYTHING! :)
ReplyDeleteYup, gotta get. Those are amazing, and you could wear them all seasons, too!
ReplyDeleteNice :D
ReplyDeleteI adore high heels, but i really find them so uncomfortable and hard to walk in. Its so not easy being a girl.
*kisses* HH
Oh so pretty. I love in ballerina flats! I'm going to have check those out.
ReplyDeleteGreat find! I'm a huge flat girl myself. I love me some heels but comfort usually wins especially trapesing around NYC during the day :)
ReplyDeleteFlat out comfy! Yes!
ReplyDeleteI only wear flats during the day, but something about ballerina flats makes my back REALLY hurt! Even flip flops dont bother me as much as they do! I have been wearing Tod's driving shoes in tan leather. Love them.
ReplyDeletelove the flats. i've been looking for so comfy ones that won't drive me (and my feet!) crazy 2 hours after i leave the story, so i'll have to check these out.
ReplyDeleteand classes at FIT? sounds so much fun! we'll have to share what we're learning--i'd love to hear your thoughts about your experience. you know, my dirty little secret is that i used to want to be an atty so bad! it's actually still deep in my heart, but i know i'm on the right path. maybe i was just one in another life . . . :)
thanks for your kind comment.
Oooh...totally love that Tory is coming out with shoes that don't bear her ubiquitous label. The gray color is very chic, too.
ReplyDeleteI love the lanvin ones and Im so glad about the Tory ones!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me xoxo
Great style steal. Love your blog. Thanks for stopping by and commenting! We're now following. ;)
ReplyDeleteRemember when it was Saks and B. Altmans, then Nieman Marcus in the middle, and you had to walk outside or drive to go from one to the other. Is that where the Westchester is now? I have a sister still in Purchase, but I haven't been back in a while. I get to a mall about twice a year now! Thanks for visiting my little blog :) I will be back here!
ReplyDeleteI can't wear ballerina shoes... my feet don't look good in them besides in Miami the mandatory shoe is the flip flop ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Lanvin flats look so comfy! Why do all the best shoes have to be so darn spendy?! Sad. :(
ReplyDeleteAdorable, and what a great deal! I don't wear flats very often, but those are gorgeous. I keep telling myself that I am going to treat myself to a pair of TB flats!
ReplyDeleteMy ankles prefer flats ;) I'll take the Tory Burch flats, please!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, so I've passed on the "Sunshine Award" to you! Check out my blog for details.
Have a sweet day!
Every lanvin flat i have ever seen i have just adored! xx
ReplyDeleteI live in flats, love ballet flats (loyal to my prima ballerina days) All of those look perfect for any pirouette!
