Steven Gambrel is by far one of my favorite designers. One look at the job he did with this converted ballroom and it's easy to see why...the detailed moldings, the perfect proportions, the sumptuous fabrics and unexpected patterns, what a fabulous source of inspiration. I really admire Gambrel's ability to successfully mix so many different styles. His projects always seem so fresh, and yet so nostalgic all at once. Check out the insanely cool sputniks and the pops of purple...this space is pure perfection.
