Like Jeannie's Bottle

I grew up watching re-runs of I Dream Of Jeannie.  As a young child, I was obsessed with the idea of living in that swanky chic bottle.  So, when I saw these whimsical outdoor seating creations by Dedon, my jaw literally dropped!  These fun little "nestrests" can either hang and swing, or be placed firmly on the ground as shown above...either way,  I want one!

    I have seen these because I occasionally stalk the Dedon site - aren't they fabulous?! I was a Dream of Jeannie fan as well of course!!

    Oh! I want one too! I thought Jeanie's bottle was so glamorous; that's probably where I got my love for throw pillows. Did you ever go to the Vodka Bar at the Royalton-pre-redo? It always reminded me of Jeanie's bottle.

    I loved Jeannie's bottle too :) These are fantastic! They remind me of Hershey's Kisses. Would be fun to have one or two.

    This would be the perfect spot to sit and relax, especially hung from a tree, how relaxing!

    Basket weaving class is on my schedule of things I'm planning in the next year, along with wood carving. I think the possibilities for weaving objects will open exciting new areas for experimenting..........who knows?

    I want one too! I remember seeing one at the NY Botanical Gardens gift shop. I couldn't get my kids out of it. It had lots of pillows...just like Jeannie's bottle.

    Those look so cozy! I have to say I'm not sbout hanging one over the water though! :) Lovely thought but...how do you get in and out?

    I'd definitely have one of these hanging in my tree... but probably not over a lake! And they should bring that fabulous show back!
