Spring has finally sprung here in suburbia...and along with it, muddy cleats, sports equipment and multiple travel soccer schedules that would make General Patton whimper. Is it any wonder that I find myself drawn to clean, serene and "zen-like" spaces during these hectic weeks? These calm and cool images from the online portfolio of Tori Golub are like an inspirational "cyber spa" for my frazzled soul!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures. I love this serene calming feeling/look in a house just never seems realistic for anything but a bedroom for me
ReplyDeleteI think there are a lot of frazzled bloggers out there because I've been seeing a lot of "clean," "serene," "clutter-free" spaces!! These photos are gorgeous :)

Beautiful and serene. Although I'm kind of color crazed, every now and then nothing's better than a neutral chic space!
ReplyDeletethe white bedside cabinet is gorgeous another one for the files, although I was convinced in going dark with the bedroom furniture for an eastern feel then I see a gorgeous white cabinet like that & Im torn to go back to white & bright again
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Definitely craving serene spaces lately too!
ReplyDeleteDivine. Loving that beveled white cabinet. Clean, simple yet interesting!
ReplyDeleteOooh! The last photo is my favorite- that wall color is heavenly!
ReplyDeleteStill waiting for spring up here! I have always loved the combination of white and chocolate brown.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, and soothing calm is what I too could use a dose of. I think we crave that sense of calm and serenity and look for it in furnishings and in our surroundings.
ReplyDeleteI want to live it the second image!
ReplyDeleteI am dying over the last image. So gross and muddy here in Boston too! xx
ReplyDeleteLove these images especially since it's "mud" season here!
ReplyDeleteI would love to wake up and put my bare feet on that rug in the second to last image everyday!
ReplyDeleteFrom the first image I was enamored! (Love that nightstand). Such calming and pretty interiors!
ReplyDeleteWonderful settings. I love the hampton blues as well. Do you have any ideas on a great blue and white fabric for my family room? Please stop by the market and share in my challenge!! Thanks Sue. ebh
ReplyDeletevery zen, i love the antler light! i've seen them before and love them even more in that space. ah, now i can breathe...;)
ReplyDeleteI definitely feel calm and relaxed browsing through those gorgeous images. I too crave serenity these days (and sunny days which haven't been the norm in my area, argh). What a lovely post. Ahhh....

Beautiful, clean and fresh. I especially like the white and black chair in the second picture. Spring always gets me wanting to de-clutter.
ReplyDeleteVery serene spaces...I especially love that last one. I've been seeing a lot of those tables and stools with animal legs...I can't decide if I like them or not.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking how crazy life gets right before summer starts. Yes, I definitely am craving a serene space right now.
ReplyDeleteI just want a night stand like the first picture! I think that is more feasible than decluttering my mom taxi schedule. Amen I say!! XO, Kelly
ReplyDeletelove the uncluttered look...clean, serene aptly describes these rooms, beautifully...

Argh...I came home to a beautifully cleaned home today (not by me)...and not 5 minutes later 1 kid tracked in mud and leaves and the other had laid towels down on the bathroom floor and was mixing a concoction of leaves, water and dirt in a beach bucket?!?! I've lot all control over here.
ReplyDeleteBut your serene images are calming my soul, thanks doll!
A serene and clean space would be wonderful for calming my current frantic state of mind!
ReplyDeleteLove the use of the sheep skin rugs.
I want that bedside chest!!!!!!
