That, Not This

I recently spent an inordinate amount of time
on the Hermes website. Completely drawn to tassels,
I found myself contemplating THIS:

Carmen Key Holder
$200.00 @ Hermes.com

Fortunately, a quick and curious Google search
led me to THAT, instead:

Two's Company Leather Tassel Key Chain
$11.00 @ Juvie.com

For $189.00 less,
You can get with this,
or you can get with THAT,
I think you'll get with THAT,
cause, THAT is where it's AT!!!

  34. I LOVE Hermes, LOVE! My favorite luxury brand. And would you believe I found a knockoff Bottega Veneta bag at Goodwill last weekend? How crazy is that, normally I would never ever carry a knockoff, but this one actually isn't too bad. XO!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Brilliant find my dear! A sure way NOT to lose your keys to the bottom of your bag and it will keep your keys looking stylish!

    ReplyDelete
  36. What a perfect find! I'm forever losing my keys in oversized bags.

  39. Crazy, crazy, Isn't it amazing what a signature name does to the price tag even on a common item like a key chain. I like to think we are a more intelligent and practical people than to fall for that one. Good for you for finding an alternative, you are a smart girl!!! Kathysue

    ReplyDelete
  40. Oh fun....since my keychain just lost the ball that holds the keys on....for the 2nd time....I think I am in the market for a new style!

  43. I like how you think Zhush...at the end of the day, we are the only ones who know it's a THAT instead of a THIS, right?

    ReplyDelete
  44. Are they really $200 pretty? Mais non! Seriously, even if I was that rich, I hope I'd never lose sight of the real world that much...I think I'd rather donate the money to charity Love from London x PS: Yep, that shelf really is in my kitchen with all my little (some vintage) treasures on it ;-)

  52. $200 is a bit pricey for a tassel keyring. I think the $11 number would suffice!
    Nice find.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Tassles are fab!! I love the Hermes one, but can't pay that price. Plus I'd probably buy a scarf from Hermes if I had that money any how! 11 bux I can do! I love the pops of bold color.
